Organisation is actually headed by a very dedicated, understanding and ready to implement boss and that's the point why I am here since last 16 years. Work environment is very good.

Compensation is average and career growth is poor. I do receive appreciations from my boss but financial growth and hierarchical growth is nowhere concerned.

The management has excellent work ethics and appreciates the role and contribution of all its employees. A regular paymaster that believes in constantly evolving and upgrading the process of education.

The attitude of the principal of mistreating and misbehaviour with the teachers. She in good with those teachers who comany her with her wrong deeds rest no one deserves anything there and she is indirectly runing a dictatorship there. Working environment is cool, 100 % job security,salary appraisal based on your post and performance minimum 15% growth every year.no space for politics.

School not having proper playground,not having smart classes which is compulsory for every school in present scenario.
