The only reason why anyone would choose this is because they are unable to re-locate & have no other choice in their hometown

Compensation is a joke here Annual increment is less than 1k INR annually for most employees Unrealistic expectations L&D team are living in a fairyland if considering PwD candidates

Organization Culture set up by the management 2. Benefits provided to employee even though Salary was less. 3. Encourage freshers as a trainers and sometimes Center Associate and trainees can become trainers.

...r assassination and demotivating of employees is high from regional managers. 3. Salary appraisal was very low and performance and manager interest based.

Salary on time Quick response and resolution of issues

Nepotism , no promotion for talented trainer if they are not relatives and less hike to outsider other than relative of managers , escalation and bringing these issues to management has no value . No job security and recognition, few manager are working since 10 to 15 years there is a lot of monopoly by those managers.

...So, they treat you like you're a nobody. Managers think you're good for nothing. An experienced person having 5 years of experience is given the same salary as that of a fresher. HR managers are terrible
