Nothing to be liked. Everyone who joins the company must have some issue or need hence they have joined. Lucky those who left early.

Everything no growth Compensation is a joke Policy is a joke. Manager is a shit

I like the work culture. I have learnt many things during my internship. Everyone is very down to earth and there is so much encouragement for new joiners.

Compensation is decent, but might also come down since it's a non profit organization.

So many dislikes were there, like officially off days we have to work, sundays also we have to work, gusted holidays not provided, such a hectic job...every time admissions, callings etc, no appreciation, No job security, employee were not friendly at all, no one support for the job

The only reason why anyone would choose this is because they are unable to re-locate & have no other choice in their hometown

Compensation is a joke here Annual increment is less than 1k INR annually for most employees Unrealistic expectations L&D team are living in a fairyland if considering PwD candidates
