The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has All India client bese.As a result, I get to travel 8 stats in India.Also I was achieved targets and me also one of team to getting incentives to visit four days in Bangkok Thailand. But after that below MD team, like administration and management is not good to handle employees.

Compensation is not good,and growth is slow. The work pressure is not in right direction from management, Administration person also involved in marketing team to harassment the employee.

...lity and Gyn. Segment. But not match with present culture of pharma. Marketing. No good salary, No Promotional inputs, work with only the same LBL with every visit of Drs. Job security is there, but no life security because of no mediclaim, no life insurance, even Not provide offer latter. Appointment latter gives after one year. not gives salary slip before confirmation.
