The overall Dr. Oetker group is highly focused on co. growth as well as the staff, spending a lot for employee satisfaction, work environment, life insurance policies, outdoor travel for once in a year , etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is ok but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes either it will be any promotional activities, any audits or monthly inventory I worked 10-12 hours straight in a day but not received any appreciation. at a time job security is a big challenge for a employee, you can't faith anyone.

Team work and interaction between different department. Dynamic research to prospect and open new market. Young and ambitious team. Positive pressure at work

Compensation is lower than what position deserve.

HR department is the pathetic. Basically they manuplate and control most of the HODs. they can throw you out whenever they want by manuplating your boss. Old people who are working with Oetker from last 8-10 years controls everything and doesn't want new comer ro survive.

company and product have monopoly in this market. you can sale easily all the products.

If you are third party employe (TSI) your ta/da will hold for 4 -5 months & no upper management will heard your complain they want only work and target. when you talk about ta/da they will say it's all your fault. they want TA as bus ticket you have to travel from bus all the time.
