They give frenchise to any person which is not a well mannered, doesn't give salary , even they dont have any knowledge of this..

That why 3rd party phlebotomy has no respect in this company, 12 hrs of duty not even salary based on qualifications ,performance, experience, Company not considering this all and 3rd party is getting advantage of this and harassing the employe.

Dislikes

No proper communication or environment of reporting person towards their employees .HR management to be need to improve to get in touch of their employees in case of any discrepancy. I experienced here that hr is unable to listen his employes,it can be personalised matter but this is .
