There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Working hours. Is too much. Because your work is completed in exact 8:30 hrs.. so you should have give it to daily your 9-10 hrs.. and that is too much

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

Work life balance, Sunday duty has become hectic nowadays. Salary should have been more based on the work pressure. At Kolkata office, employees do not get any recreation.
