Dr lal path labs over all excellent,But the labs are hearing 3rd party vendors it's not good .

...rience I'm joining in Kolkata lalpath labs my vendor name AVANT CARRIER PVT LTD. I will no pay any convence charge and salary only pay 9000.i am infrom my reporting boss but no solution..

...and culture. Teammates are very very supportive and the management is excellent. Company policies are good and they give good salary and bonus every year and many gifts also.

Good work enviroment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chlling.overall service are very good.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career grouth is slow.There is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

Only salary part I like this company but Thare is no any difference between local lab and dr lal path lab both companies are same giving salary on time but no any other benefits

I heard working culture of Dr lal is good but today scenario is changed, because I worked 1 year in Dr lal I saw thare is politics in management no one will help you in system
