not good increments,work pressure,responsible for mistake not done by you,also peak time extra hours spent in lab,which is not paid extra.act as backup during other Dr on leave.

One like rest all are dislike ,heirarchy in organisation exploitation at extreme level,zonal head masking credit of doctor working at ground level ,partiality by zonal . Poor increments. No credit to your work and many more ....pathetic condition from inside especially for doctors

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Dr. Lal path lab is very good company, I would like to work with it again..

They give frenchise to any person which is not a well mannered, doesn't give salary , even they dont have any knowledge of this..
