...ring covid times,they have exploited doctors in the pretext of the pandemic act. Did not let them go but kept them in a very low salary. A certain amount of money was supposed to be given for doctors but that wasnt given either.

Hiranandani hospital in powai is the worst place to work in. Management is terrible. Staff is terrible. Patient care is terrible. Even during covid times they have exploited doctors in the pretext of pandemic act.

Will never recommend this organisation. Zero chances of growth here and senior will always blame juniors for any mistakes salary is low and management doesn’t address any issues

According to me I don't get paid according to my jobs & professions. Appraisal will be delayed and after every 3-4 yr you will get appraisal

The hierarchy is a mixed of all kind of people. Seniors are very good, and they guide you at every stage. Got to learn a lot. It is a good brand to be associated with. All the people at the hospital are very polite and professional.

Timing are something which is not at all stagnant, the hospital is very concerned about their patients that makes the staff suffer sometimes.

Some senior Dr are too much dominating, no hear to junior, not willing to update their knowledge as per current medical trends and not will to change the style of treatment. Always on the look to put others down and insult them.
