I like the company but not the Ashish Parikh and Amit Sharma

This place is like lala baniya shop. On word of manager they can hol your salary. Ashish Parikh is arogant and illiterate he is in the company because he is the best boot licker you can find. Amit Sharma is boot licker of mr. Parikh. Hr help them on their best to trap employee. Hr sachin is nice guy he help me rest is crap.

The best thing in Dr. JRK's was that the salary was credited on time, other benefits like Mediclaim, ESI etc. were all provided. The culture was great. My immediate manager was Mr. Amit K Sharma (RSM, Delhi), he is very supportive and guides you on every step. The HR, logistics team and all other departments were ready to help whenever you needed. You are suitably awarded if you perform well, targets too are not beyond what is practically achievable. Dr. JRK's has all you would expect from a genuine, growth oriented company.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything as such, but they need to work on their product names and how they present their company. Names like LIPPU Oil, 777 oil aren't catchy and puts an inpression of a 'local company' in doctor's mind while actually Dr. JRK's is a research driven institution and the founder is Padmashree Awardee. But all that doc is concerned about is whether the product is efficient and is good enough to be prescribed or not. 777 is their flagship product, but to an upper class patient it doesn't sound appealing, it sounds like what hawkers sell in trains (no offence). Products like 'Anagen serum' and 'D-Co-D tablets' actually appeal the curiosity of the doc and he/she is interested in knowing more, so the products should have catchy names. Also, they should not hold online meetings during the field time and then expect the executives to actively participate in it while he/she is on the roads. I was challaned by the Traffic police while I was attending a meeting standing on the roadside. It feels uncomfortable to attend meetings in parks and roads because of too much noise and chaos...

Management has less knowledge of field Not able to analyze and solve the problem Company Strategies are outdated and not yet to the present market HR blindly belive Hierarchy irrespective of facts Zonal Head encourage the ME to do false reporting,management also support the same.

Dr jrk in ashish parikh was very arrogant man he was working in that company last 18 years , knowledge is zero like pharmaceutical companies and showing very knowledge full man in front of new employees, company is good but do not work under ashish parikh , I request to all new employees do not work under ashish parikh

Monopoly management from Kolkata ZSM Mr.Kalyan Battacharjya .Nobody can work proper way for long time only for Mr.Kalyan Bhatt's politics.Company will be able to establish the products in better way except Mr.Bhatta
