Time wastage, selfish management , no increment since last 4 years, no salary in lockdown, they block one salary of every employees and do not give it at last, they make teachers do others works rather than teaching

They do not give any experience certificate if you want to resign, they do not have proper faculty also.

The only thing which I liked about the organisation is that a person can easily get a job

Dislikes

No working ethics No dress codes No employee satisfaction Even they do not release salaries of the employees during their tough times None of the higher officials like Kavita Nanda(HR Manager), Diljith (VP) is available to listen and get a resolution

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
