Good company to work with but compare to other top 5 companies pay is less and the team culture is good, benefits interns of health insurance, accedental insurance & ,life insurance, everything is fine. Career growth is good they will only hire internal for promotions

Infiltration in the sales Package is less compare to other Indian MNC's Low TA DA policy compare to other companies

Career growth is there now promoted as ASM for 1.5 years,learning is also given working environment is always positive.Good healthy relationship between employer and employee

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
