Dr reddys have changed over years now it is not following its old principles but evolution is for sustainability and survival in the future

No good appraisals for team members only managers get good compensation not the team members all the work you do your manager will escalate no respect to your education and technical expertise they don't have good treatment towards employees

Based on knowledge you can learn many things, gmp is best in the company.. Colleagues will help you and there are like family. There will satisfaction of working culture. Quality based company... Every week double off, and higher management is top of company

Company is terminating people based on huge experience, no high salary, no job security, less increment, less growth, politics, this is only company helpful for btech freshers... Not for experience person
