As a vistara division,s Salary is too Low. So many Pressure for Achieving Tergate. Unauthorised sales pressure. And each and every month increase Tergate. Local management,s Beavers is very Rough.

Work environment is really good. People are really supportive. Paid cafeteria is a thing which makes you feel relax whenever you are in tense situation.

Dislikes

Joining salary is really good, but forget about increament. You have to struggle for getting 6-7% increament. Shifts are there, but those are even for Analytical R&D. Partiality based on departments. Most of employee benifits like gifts, annual gathering and cultural activities are closed now by the name of COVID.

It was a very good company but day by day the culture is going to be change.in terms of job security earlier had a security but not now a days.Its not companies fault due to some senior officers and some managers.
