Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.some times,l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.and some times there is no week offs.

...ds,increments and progressions are very unfortunate and smashes employee growth. Especially salary cut offs are biggest obstacle to employees growth in terms of money.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.
