Work environment is really good. People are really supportive. Paid cafeteria is a thing which makes you feel relax whenever you are in tense situation.

Dislikes

Joining salary is really good, but forget about increament. You have to struggle for getting 6-7% increament. Shifts are there, but those are even for Analytical R&D. Partiality based on departments. Most of employee benifits like gifts, annual gathering and cultural activities are closed now by the name of COVID.

The company atmosphere is good for new joiners. There is definitely lot to learn.

Dislikes

The salaries, salary hikes are not upto the mark. Internal politics is a major concern. Every process is the burden of user itself. No proper work distribution, no defined processes, poor food quality, poor holiday policies.

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.
