Dr Reddy's company is a good.but my job is contract basic,Not improve to salary, not promotions, not a job safety. Pudur transportation not available.

...t is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Three is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign..

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
