Politics at local level for appraisal and growth is very high, HR only sees what your L+1 shows without giving any chance to you too evaluate. If your L+1 is involved in politics no one is there to see it.

Compensation is not uniform and also the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Recently the managers who recently joined are not able to understand the individuals who have put so much of effort in all those years. These politics are high..

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.
