...d love to each of there employees not only that they understand without asking .I paid on lesser salary but they increased my salary without asking .I love to work here and really appreciate the director for handling the working conditions soo well hatts off sir its not easy ........thanks for hiring me

I have been associated for the last 8 years. The best thing about the place is that it's a legacy. So the practice is around 45 years old. Happy to work at DMC under the guidance of Dr. Dadu

Dislikes

Dr. Nivedita is extremely concerned and worried about all her patients and staff members and is constantly restless about their well being. This makes her job stressful and that's what we dislike. It's a 6 days working as it's a retail set up and patient facing.

The thing I really like about working here is the exceptional value service in delivering ethical and quality standard treatments and in every single minute work we're assigned to compromise is never an option here.

Already 6 months working here and there's None Nothing to dislike about the work place. Definitely a place I always imagine i'd be working at.

The work environment is very comfortable and safe. The colleagues are friendly and supportive. People cooperate with each other.

Dislikes

The clinic is far from home which is somewhat manageable. I hope a new branch gets established nearby my home.
