Apart from the good infrastructure of the school of design nothing is good so far now (August 2023).

...or the school of design. If anything goes wrong they never pick up your call. 2. They call you for the physical interview many times and after the interviews will offer a very low salary. The interview process is a kind of joke. 3. On the day of the joining they ask you to sign the acceptance of the appointment letter without giving you the appointment letter. 4. Salaries are never on time. No salary slips. 5. 1000% insecure management. 6. No proper sitting place for faculty members. 7. Foolish policies by stupid management. 8. Located outside the City. 9. 11 months renewal appointment letter. 10. Only 8 casual leaves for Frist year. 11. Unwanted deductions from the salary in the name of TDS deductions. 12. Unapproved course and syllabus. 13. Stupid director (Mr.Kumar) and their chamchaas. 14. Very poor management. 15. Fake promises. 16. No proper ERP and LMS. 17. No proper timetable. 18. No job security.

The software department is open to innovation & addopts latest technology.Job security is fine at all,increment of salary having very messy system

The compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hr straight in aday as i have to attend client calls in the evening .

Dr d y patil vidyapeeth society has theire own construction department, they construct there own building. They have construction office staff like other departments. They give opportunities to prove our best level.

A professional organisation with lot of commitment to the academic field. Their devotion to the medical college and the infrastructure is one of it's kind in the country. The management is highly encourages all good works/performance of the employees. As long as one is good and performing their duty properly, the management is with them.
