New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The only thing is good they don't pay late. Your salary is credited on right time.

You need to forget Work and life balance, if work. Long working hours and each n every minute is hectic. ..you will be guven 15 min. For lunch and will keep working for long hours at a stretch. Environment n culture is not good since years. They do partiality with employees. Sincere employee will be availed while cheaters n liars go long happily. Exp. and unexperienced are paid equally. Sundays are working with no extra pay. Staff remain short that's why working employee sufferers. Having joining with Bansals will make u unable to do other things apart from job.
