...make bills lending you into a chaotic situation,then people starts abusing you.. No work appreciation, No PF No Bonuses No Increment They Hire New joining from their own passout students giving them only 15k salary and try to throw you out. They make crores from pharmacy and give you peeny as salary.. Even salary is 1.5 month late..

Dump area to work even mouse are running into Pharmacy

Low career growth prospects as management gives very low salary. Mostly employs retired professor's from govt colleges who are leat interested in development of the college as the i take student quality is bad. Management/ ow ers have provided. Very good infrastructure but student quality and lower level managment is bad.hardly any good research paper is made though they call themselves a research institute.

Dislikes

Low pay, inefficient hrd , lack of environment for research as populated by improper people. Money spinner for Management / owner who might have kept i. The dark due to lack of transparency and feudal mindset.

lot of politics within the staff more work no proper salary no work time need to work more then duty hours work is done by other and credit is taken by higher authority and no proper satisfaction

There is no respect for the employee and the management is extremely rude and takes decisions that are absolutely empirical, impulsive high handed and coterie dependant

Very very empirical and biased management

Though the payment is very very less they give it in time!

Dislikes

One of the worst Institute with no basic amenities (most of the time there won't be water available in the washroom), Horrible Dean whose only aim is to increase his own Salary and not bothered of others, No pay hike for the working staff, and the management has no vision. Their only focus is on Politics and utilising their own staffs for political field work.
