Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Whoever have the talent they will be served with good package and incentives and those are having fixed mindset will get normal growth along with growth opportunity. Congenial atmosphere, wherein the staff members work together in a shoulder to shoulder (S2S) manner to complete the tasks.

Dislikes

Not a dislike, but only some sort of hindrances could be found in the process of percolating the management ideology in to the ground levels...ofcouse possibly be rectified in the due course of time.
