...arties are always there in all the clinics. The learning and earnings were good. Salary was given on time. Company policy was not at all helpful. The HR people pathetic.

The worktime was difficult shift from 10-9, more than 9 hrs ...with rotation. No fixed place to work. I was told that I will be placed to a location which is daily accesable,as I moved from Mumbai to Bangalore. It was a new place n I was thinking I will be helped, however I was given a place which was really very far, coming back to my place took 45 mins, so I reached 10.30? Instead of placement in my area. Also, they didn't get me any alternative. I left Drbatras with a heavy heart, with no dignity to my services for more than 6 yrs. Would not recommend for family people. Only for freshers could b tried, learnings are good. Earning wise, no.

A lack of respect towards doctors, prioritizing sales targets over patient care. This creates an unhealthy environment where doctors feel pressured to focus on sales rather than offering genuine treatment. If self-respect is important to you, this not the place to be.
