...ry cooperative, Training is good but not sufficient, job is on contact basis so job security was not that much,salary was good,higher authority motivates for learning, work environment is good

not that much innovtion....salary sometimes get late,also politics is there in some extent

No workload. Learned under various govt officials.

No career growth. No increment in 5 years. Worst office politics. Seniors have zero knowledge. Experience and knowledge has no credibility. Only if you know some influential officer or minister you are treated well.
