As an Artist work satisfaction is not there and also salary issues is there mainly management is too worst they didn't care any of the employees

Didn't give salary , not deposit a pf also , have a lot of problem because of dq ,, nothing sopport ,

Salary not on the time , stil didn't get salary of dec 2019,not secure the job any time they can fire

It's a good work culture and supportive teammates, every Friday was fun day just getting out Our interpersonal skills through activities.

Office Timings were bit difficult just like US shift timings. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The little so called salary(which much poorer then an average stipend) you get is credited on time

...name is missing from credits -HRs finds peculiar excuses to give no increment -Salary cannot be called a salary at all it is poorer the a stipend.

You get to see very experienced people. Can learn a thing or two from them.Things were fine until they lost projects in 2019. Since then, it's been a slide down. Job security is way too far from the company premises. Irrespective of how talented you are, you'll be fired if they are unable to hold on to projects they had in hands. Without prior intimation is a bit of salt and pepper.

Dislikes

Management always promise. But, never keeps them. Appraisals and hikes does not exist here. Humanity is least expected from HR Department. I do not wanted to be too critical. But, I don't see future for anybody here. People does not want to update. They are happy with the monthly income. They are stuck to conventional methods and just stay the way they are. Blame games keeps going on between departments. No proper co ordination between them. I doubt if there is any marketing team. Being the most prominent company at a time, it has been a massive slide down the road for this company.
