The environment in DPS Rajnagar is good but only some teachers have created a very bad image due to which other new staff teachers get troubled which is not at all good.

Likes

Teammates who were there in the initial years were extremely helpful and cooperative. Now lot of mud slinging and back biting exists.

Dislikes

No opportunities for career/personal growth, lot of repetitive clerical work which hinders one's professional development. The school is wary of sending its teachers for workshops, seminars,etc.

The only thing I liked working here we're the students.

Dislikes

Compensation package is a joke. Job security is non existence. On a drop of a hat you may lose your job. Work hours are terrible. Even Sundays are not off.
