No WFH Not much leaves No food, except coffee machine Timings are fixed You will feel like you are in school where everything from when to work, where to work, what to work on, which team you would work, you cannot decide If you want leave, you need to explain the reason, so no privacy/professionalism False commitments (Important) No training material Most employees are underpaid

Great Support from Marketing and Human Resource Team and also best leadership team I have seen so far

Being a start up it's quick business pickup is reasonable but sometimes it's difficult to fulfill the commitments

No company culture. No motivation. No growth also you will be forced to give resign without any fault of yours. Dont join this company it will ruin your resume as well as degrade your skills as noone here is able to improve. Assets are neglected and liabilities are awarded here.

Worst office politics HR is full diplomatic.. They only listening to the bosses in the review. not taking into consideration of employees issues. They only follow seniors decision. Seniors having a superiority complex.

No job security No appraisal increment No training provided - you should only learn You get call at anytime even in night time also you should work Sometimes there you got rude conversation from your manager also they will ask you to resign from your side and you should do that. So there is no job security. Such a worst ever company. Work culture is very bad in this Better try to join others.
