The comthave a good history or maintaining their employees is any worse situation. Even in pandemic situation and low earning situations company have not made any changes on anyone’s salary structure which is phenomenal. You hardely get a firm which supports their employees but this is one of the best company is worked with some far. I have spent nea 7 years in this company and can say my words for sure. Rest is the feedback

Micro management, based on your skills and knowledge work will not assign. Most of sustainance projects are there. experience employees should not join look for better opportunity in Market. They even don't have any portal like HRMS, support etc which any organisation has in Market. You have to Mark your attendance on register daily So highly not recommended.

Bad hike and there is no job security, if performance is not upto their level of requirements there are no alternative projects as well to move into

Working here is like working in a government office. You have to enter the premises at 9.30 AM and 6:05 PM you won't find anyone in office after 6:05. So for people looking to work for 9 to 6 jobs it a very good place.

The organization is very small just like the owner's heart, HR keeps spying physically on employees whether they are working or not on their desk or busy on the phone, mobile, keep track of no. of tea breaks, time spent on tea breaks, time spent on lunch break personally. Non-veg food is not allowed here. No canteen. The incentive is part of your CTC which is shown in your offer letter and shall be given at the end of Financial year after deductions according to the above observations if any..... Like the number of late marks, early leaves. Yes, if an employee has some personal work and wants to leave early he has to apply for Early leave so he/she can leave at 4 PM. 3 early leaves/late marks are allowed if you make the 4th count you get a penalty of half-day in the attendance. 4th Saturday is working for no reason, even if the client is not working or you don't have anything to do on Saturday you have to come. Employees watch movies, play cricket, go out lunch and spend 2-3 hours, and many more ways just to kill time for no reason. Recently they have discontinued 2nd Saturday working even that was similar. Compensatory off can only be consumed on Saturday only, not on any other day so in short, Saturdays are working just to make your comp off if any utilized here.
