nothing to like about in Dover. They don't give any respect to employees even though employees are working hard and efficient almost 14 hours on average. Workaholic people will like and get satisfied in Dover. Nothing else other than work.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work culture is terrible. No respect or good benefits for employees. Salary structure is not good. Their benefits are worst and service based mnc's are far better. No Free food, No Free cab/ No transport allowance. Insurance is only for spouse and children. 4 lakh. Parents will not be covered. No technical training, No Childcare You have to beg for team outings and it may happen once in 2 year. No Gym/wellness packages. No onsite opportunities .
