The company is good at arranging events/parties in major festivals.

Dislikes

1. No other benefits except salary like no mediclaim, no gratuity included in CTC, no WFH allowance. 2. The management is completely unprofessional and not able to know who is actually deserved to be promoted. 3. No WFH option. When you give the interview, they will say that you will be provided WFH but unfortunately it's a point of miscommitment.

The colleagues are the best and is the only plus point here

Dislikes

The managers should learn how to communicate with employees and behavioral lesson. They feel just because salary doesn't mean managers get to speak to staff in any manner. Job security is biggest concern, HR is puppet.

Well this was a start up when I joined and was a fresher when I joined. Initially it was good and manager assigned to us was also very kind and helpful. But as the Senior Leadership changed from Founders and New Directors came in the environment changed

Dislikes

The new leadership which is currently in charge is toxic and do not have people skills or even know how to speak to fellow co-worker. They think their designation makes them superior to us in every aspect and gives them the liberty to speak as and when they wish to. Women workers are treated with zero respect and just so none of these conversation are officially recorded they either bash members on face or over whatsapp call so this isnt recorded. They senior leadership feels they worked and ways they used 25 - 30 years back are still the same. But the world is changed and so is working culture. If you are unwell they will force you to come to work and they expect it no matter how unwell the person is. HR and P&C just speaks and does survey but no changes. Till the time current senior management is there, no good is coming to this company.
