Overall company is good in case of salary on time.

They make us fool ,when I joined this compony they promised job location in thane ,since I am staying in thane, within two months they transfer to Mumbai head office. In thane location team leader lady has very rudely behavior ,she will not explain you project, directly you have to understand yourself, secondly she will start your complain to head of department within two month of work, she don't want any senior member in their office, if any body want to join as an Architect in thane location think 100 times before join, I have not consider the same therefore I loosed my job.

Salary is on time & supportive general manager having precise technical knowledge.As compared to another companies work load is less.

Dislikes

If someone goes new there they get less increment only this is disadvantage otherwise all things are nice in this company.

No personal Growth. Even though you have a potential and a performer. Old employees who are in the system from 20-25 years they have lots of insecurities with the new commers and will never let you come forward. 0 professionalism no manners ethics to talk with the teammates uses filthy language.

Site management is very worst Unnecessary torcher by hod Very poor site coordination Old staffs are very arrogant and egoistic Not able to do the work life balance due to site management Company given paid leave 30days/Year,but leave taken means fired by site management

1) No work life balance 2) No appraisal and worst increment 3) Strict time 4) No leave in any condition 5) No proper management 6) No support from HR etc etc
