I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing just don't go there. There is only 10 members in company so lots of work will be loaded on you. People there is so toxic.

They will show high CTC just to grab you details and then offer you minimum possible by saying that "you don't much you still have to learn so much" I applied to the full stack developer post for they were offering 18-24 Lpa and when I reach there they were offering me ek per month just for my travelling expenses.
