Company management without experience people teach you how to gain experience overall all are make group without any proper training they will give work and there will be no document for that work and then they will say you are doing wrong and if you tell them to please correct us they will say that your job figure it out by youself and copy paste some quotes on your face. Also you will get alot of motivation instead of traning and if you don't belong to there family then they will surely found problem in you.

You get to learn about sheet metal module in solid works at best.you get to learn different driving mechanisms at one places. You get free food in canteen.

Dislikes

1. Poor management 2. You get so many dump inputs from higher management for design and eventually projects gets stuck or on hold. 3. Very terrible software team. Can’t make their software run even hardware is ready from so much time before. 4. Anything happens on the projects first team to blame is mechanical design…!!! So many blaming happens no one is ready to take responsibility and dirty politics.
