Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job

Nothing to like here. only once you get high CTC you can't change you job because another don't hire higher salary person.

Dislikes

Poor policy system and no any improvement in policy after getting high profit of company. In Mundra so much dust and hot temperature so AC bus required. Bus transportation is very poor. Leave policy very poor only 30PL you will get 2.5 PL per Month. Increment getting very late, at end month of August. Need some improvement in system but they don't want to do.

Manpower Shortage, Newcomers getting Higher Sallary than Existing Staff, During Cricket tournament persons who are participating are getting rewards while who are attending shift are not getting any prize, During Safety week celebration some persons getting more than 3-4 prizes while other are not getting any prize, there should be one person-one prize polisy to encourage more employees towards safety policy,

Overall a good company for someone who wants to have a steady work-life. Salary always gets credited on time.

Company does not provides any challenging opportunity. Increments are always delayed, no new learning, Monotonous work.
