Even as a co-founder of the company, Manjula stood by me whenever something went wrong in front of the founder. This made me stay for a longer period.

Dislikes

You cannot expect a salary hike or promotions, nor will you receive basic employee benefits like clean drinking water. If you stay late, you should at least get snacks or dinner. Small things make a big difference.

What I like about working at Doqfy is that salaries are generally paid on time, provided you haven't been terminated or left the organisation.

Dislikes

1. Unexpected termination with no severance pay. 2. Threats from HRs of a bad review when leaving. 3. Daily public insults and harassment if not favored. 4. Legal issues port-termination for false accusations. 5. Withholding final dues and experience letter. 6. Delays from the HR regarding exit formalities. 7. Toxic environment fueled by favoritism and fear. 8. Unprofessional handling of employee concerns.
