They are great at what they do and It’s lucky to be part of this organisation. They always try to help you to grow in Infor consulting only specifically. They allow us have our own space to settle and work. No restrictions at all. It’s like visiting your grand parents house when ever we visit them they will send us back with gifts.

Dislikes

Project management is bit lacking if you get a good mentor then only you will be given good amount of work. If you are joining as fresher prepare yourself to work what ever they assign you. If you have expectations and wanted to work on something of your choice even though you perform well in your interested space and if got lacked in your assigned space you will be thrown out.

No growth opportunities, favoritism do exist..People are not paid according to their hard work.Only show off guys get paid well.So start showing off instead of working hard.Then you can easily sustain for 1-2 years.

Everything! It doesn't matter how much work you have, you have to be available 24*7. Anything below this is marked unfit for the company. The politics is at another level here and it is so because people are insecure and there is a lot of uncertainty because of lack of policies.
