...If he continues to behave in same manner I don't think so the company will grow. Your salary will be deducted even if u are late for 1 min. Employees are not the priority, bias decision, too political environment & no learning. No Job Security.

...y. You feel like you are in school cos the doing micro managing in every work. If you came 5 min late the cut your half day salary. Hussain (boss) has bad attitude. He feels all employees are slave. Less salary hike. If you're creative person don't go there. No leaves approval they will ask you why you taking leaves and went to your personal life.

As it was a start up company everybody was very helpful.

There is no training, Managers humiliate employees, Director thinks no end of himself, they'll fire you when time comes for upraisal, dirty office politics, treats employees like crap, push you to sell over priced products that are not worth the value, will blame sales for any mistake in factory. Will cut half day pay for coming late and never appreciate or pay , late night and weekend work.
