There is very less salary for my maintenance. This is not enough according my requirement to maintain to myself and also for my family. I am not trained and I want to do training but my income not make me able to do so.There not also such facility for training.The work pressure is also high.

The children are given different kinds of opportunities to show and express their talent. Even parents are given opportunity to show their talent. The school is far from the crowded busy city. The children are given good education. Since I had a dream to work in DBS, I'm here. I love to work and give my best to the children and school.

Fees for the children are too high. The teacher's working from the beginning are still getting the same salary. As I was told after one year I will get increment and permanent letter but nothing.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
