...e bonded like a family. Great support from colleagues as well as administration. Salary is good . The infrastructure is great and the location is wonderful.

Politics among staff. Sometimes favouritism creates resentment among colleagues.

Likes

The School goes good with those who want to work tension free and happy with low salary. The colleagues are very helpful and supportive. One can learn basic teaching here.

Dislikes

School doesn't use any new technology for teaching and extra curricular activities are very less. Salary incentive is also low but it may be because school is small.

Few co teachers were good and very helpful Transportation facility for teachers coming from far places Very less scope for learning new things.

Dislikes

...oom. Only family related topics are discussed in staffroom rather than subjects. No fair salary. Very less hike. No appreciation by HM sir. He always listens to teachers who flatter him and take decision. Very biased. No subject/teaching related workshops are conducted for teachers. Biased behavior by HM and supervisor towards students and teachers.

I started working in don Bosco since 2019 and after that I have learnt a lot . And I ma thankful for this.

Dislikes

Here we are not getting good package according to our work profile or as per as the CBSE norms. And the increment rate is not satisfactory.

DBSK has given me opportunities for my professional growth and helped me unleash my potential .I am thankful to the management for supporting me. Principal sir is open to new ideas which is required for any institutions growth. The learning environment is good as well for the students who gets different opportunities in various fields.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary issues needs to be sorted. One or two days late salary is fine but 15 to 17 days late is a way too much to accept. Hope management is going to end this.
