Hi I Am Astha.. I joined Domino's on 15th Feb,2022 after working till October and when the puja passed , Neha Banerjee (DYDM) She interfered on my personal life with my work life and with Abhishek Mridha (DM) , Area-CHAMBER MALL , throwed me out of work giving 100 of useless reasons.. and when I complained to HR Susnigdho Sir And Shreya Ma'am , after some time they couldn't help me, am educated am graduated I worked hard on Domino's I asked for promotion but HR didn't helped me in joining back to work nor gave me promotion.. very bad behavior.. I wanted to work and still am trying but they are not taking.. if you could please help , so that I could help my family financially.. my father is unwell and I told this to the HR aslo but nothing happened till today 1year passed. Please help me to get my work back with a higher position.. I will prove myself that I can work harder

Work culture is degrading day by day. Cutting every cost irrespective of importance of cost has become normal

Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Strongly

The culture of delivering results and constant hustle. This culture is desired my most start up to succeed but it’s hard to build. Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside
