Salary and other benefits are really appreciated. No other brand can provide that salary of employees

Work life balance is very bad. Lot of work pressure is there. After joining Domino's you are only for Domino's. There is no time for family and friends. Employees can't live their own life

Job is secured, until or unless you are accused of any integrity issue, they will not fire you. If the outlet gets closed, managers does not loose their job, they get transferred to another store. Scope of learning is there, and it will add a value in your cv which will be helpful for your future growth.

Dislikes

...it consider any of your problems as your real problms, they will just ignore it. In hand fixed Salary is also not satisfactory enough, yes but incentive is good enough.

There is no respect of staff/ Team members. And maneger are not working honestly . All menger try to fulfill ther pockets.

...make the excuses and after sometime of discussion meneger return the cash. So bad we are doing a job to get salary but in Domino's we are pay the money from Owen pockets due to menger dishonesty.
