Uniform need to change, please increase the salary please provide hourly salary for gdm also because we spend time 12 hour's we work hard but low salary and incentive please increase the salary.... Give some training everyone corner the mistake but didn't correct the mistake this reasons so many people leave the job lot of issues man power, maintanance , equipment, IT but never resolved pending problems many.... Look at the restaurant resolve the concern every store am sorry to sharing but this is the Truth and reality 🙏🙏🙏my suggestion please provide our guiding principal 1 our people come first.... Your superior put a whole pressure on you even they also know this will not going to work. Still asking reasons. No personal life you have to call thrice even if you have your weekly off. No respect from Seniors specially your reporting boss. And many more....

They prefer MIT Instead internal Promotion. They are giving more Salary to MIT. Even we are the loyal for Company so that we are here from last more than 7 years. But there is no value of Internal Staff.

Nowadays system is corrupt and people are looking for the growth of known people. They don't prefer for the growth of all and Hr is terribly poor standard. They don't have ample manager to manage shift. Work load is very high. 1 person have to work equal to two.
