As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

...career I’m working more than 11 everyday and stilll this things never change 2-: company salary growth is too low 3-: company higher position parsons never understand how to we achieved his target without any support. 4-: thay didn’t provide u staff. Thay say us u need a staff go and find. We never provide u. 5:- domino’s is not only dinging or carry out store thay also delivery store but right now conditions thay provide maximum 10 to 12 person on 1 shift And at 6-7-8 hours time every store got minimum 30 to 40 order that’s not possible to delivered in 30 minutes so that’s ours mistake no sorry it’s manager’s mistake thay didn’t know how to run a store Any one pls teach tham it’s not possible to provide 30 order in 30 minutes without proper staff minimum 4 staff need to work in side Or minimum 15 delivery person need for one sift But thay have to control his CTC Just remember CTC not important Other parameters is important Like OTD, 0 Concern , sale. 0 minutes OLO closing that’s important Let it go if u have to work than work thay teach u bad experience how u handle it that’s good things about domino’s Ahmedabad Good by

Salary on tym. Coordination between same level of managers is overall good.

Dislikes

Work life balance always dissatisfied, excess pressure building on shift managers , less staffing, motivation among team are low because of salary and this also impact on productivity. Shift incharge have too much pressure regarding order delivery, pressure regarding feedback from guest which are mostly false because of pressure building, any time meeting or on call can happen. Promotion is too slow.

Dislikes

The pay rate is really low. You can start at McDonald’s as a team member making more than I do as an experienced manager. There are so many job opportunities now and that’s something Domino’s should keep in mind bc if they don’t start paying people what they deserve, especially doing a great job, they will start loosing more and more people to the restaurants who are starting their team members off making better money than an assistant manager.

... work life balance. AC is switched off post 6 pm. Compensation is below average. HR team will mess up every thing which includes salary. No coordination between the HR. Worst place to work.
