One of the worst experience entire my career. No growth here only gives the next position but not increase the salary according to position. Worst cafetarea and food is not good and no quality, no taste. The road side food which is available for Rs. 5 is better than in this organization. No skills develepment trainings and no technical classes, the work culture in this organization is like a labour, no professionalism in the work, oldest equipments (1926). No automation every critical equipments should operats manually. The employees those are working Since 26 years, they always blame to new joined people untill leave from organization too much politics and cast feelings. The chief Engineer thoughts that he is only the person having a great knowledge entire the organization and Rest are the waste fellows.

...re back pain, as per Doctor's suggestions I would take rest for atleast 1 month. I mailed the doctor's precription to HR but they were hold my my complete salary. Even I requested to release the payment because of I spent money for may back pain treatment but they didn't release and asking 1 month salary if resigned. Employees food I ever seen in any organization that much of low quality food serving freely in cafetarea. Seniors never share a work finally you couldn't generate the output than management starts targettig you untill quit from organization by yourself.

I love having a voice. My boss listens to my idea and the whole team works together to make them happen. We all support each other and work together to offer creative feedback and then make our ideas a reality. I love being appreciated to.

...s fine. but i honestly believe that with my experience i should be earning more. I have a family and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.
