On time salary 5 days of working

No job security, tiny projects, company have no budget and they cannot afford higher pay salaries but expect the work should be NASA level hence they fire employees, also shows that your performance is not markable and project is gone but behind the scene project looks in company with good condition. Manager always threatens of firing and says if you have not completed your work within specific time you will be out of company.
