I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dodsal working enviornment is very good and one should never feel unsecured. Whatever salary is finalised is paid without any hidden cutttings and money with all your dues are getting paing with final s. Working with Dodsal is really great experience

Dodsal is a EPC company, major oil&gas projects dealing in GCC region. Last few years company facing financial problems, due to that wages are delayed but end of the day they clear all your payments.
