...nd qualification leading the projects and departments which lead to many issues. Worst HR department, late salary and sometimes they hold the salary for a longer period of time. I am still waiting for my salary which was supposed to be credited in the month of may 2023. No promotion, no salary increment based on good performance rather how well you know the senior.

The annual salary increments for our staff range from 3% to 5%. However, there are instances where no increments are provided. Senior staff and managers are subjecting field staff to undue pressure and stress.

Terrible Management Salary very delay Politics No Job Security Many Department head is a President or founders relative and they treat staffs like servant.

I like Field Work because We are directly connected to the patient and we understand the patient's problem and solve it. The patient's trust in us remains intact.

There is a little issue of location and salary in the job
