Dislikes

Very poor behaviour of management and accountant. Because there ins no future for any employee in this company. This company Spoils the future of all the employees, Neither accepts its status nor does it settle. And they keep fighting among the employees by accusing each other, they do not care about the sales & collection or anything of improvement. They only have the habit of complaining about the employees and wrong information. Because this company is run by his accountant and went to make his son the Head of the company. Since the company does not care about benefits of sale or collection, nor does it have any kind growth effort. Because company still wants follow its old habits. Because owner of the company say that if an employee is praised for this work. Then his mind will be deteriorate and he will not work. This is a view of the company. So I would not recommend anyone to join this company. Because whoever is involved here will have a bad future.
